作为中国气候政策小组(CPG)的协调机构，组织6场跨界对话，形成持续学习机制，推动行业能力建设与协同合作。发布78篇中英文气候快讯，关注国内外气候与能源的热点事件，探讨加速气候行动与能源转型带来的环境、经济及健康效益以及公平问题，增强社会各界对应对气候变化的共识和行动。

组织了多场媒体、学界和旅游界的行业研讨会，并在社交媒体开展积极传播，助力国家在南极海洋保护上的参与。在10月南极海洋生物资源养护委员会的年会上，我们在现场见证了我国公开表态支持修改后的罗斯海保护区提案。

与人民银行金融研究所合作《中国煤炭消费总量控制下的金融政策》研究，建议金融政策对煤炭及替代的清洁能源利用和发展实施间接调控，制定相应投资和信贷导向约束和激励机制，拓展绿色金融业务。四年来，我们与同行携手搭建多方跨界讨论与合作网络，见证“绿色金融”首次被列为“十三五”规划的重要内容。

ON November 4, 2016, Paris Agreement has entered into force, which means a opening of the era of global action to clean energy. COP22 was held from 7th to 18th Nov, 2016, which was the first Conference of the Parties after Paris Agreement’s entry into force. During sessions, Parties had discussions on specific issue related to the implementation of Paris Agreement, enhancing pre-2020 climate action, and actions taken by countries to implement their own NDCs.

The second informal negotiations under the UNFCCC in 2013 was held again in Bonn from 3 to 14 June. The negotiations, including ADP meeting and both SBI and SBSTA two tracks, was high-profile as it may be the last informal meeting before COP19. Observers of GHUB were on the scene to share the progress of the negotiations, publish the observation report and analyze the key issues.
