会议背景 BACKGROUND
值此“生物多样性超级年”之际，联合国《生物多样性公约》第十五次缔约方大会第一阶段已在中国昆明召开，各国一起为形成一个高远的未来十年的保护目标而共同努力。同时，气候变化作为经济与金融议题上的先行者有着更为广泛的经验。绿色金融作为实现净零与自然向好两大目标的关键手段，需要从宏观的金融稳定性和各金融机构的投资决策两个层面同时着手。本次研讨会将集合全球自然与气候变化相关的前沿研究与实践，邀请来自经济、金融和生态环境方面的先行者，共同探讨中国及全球范围内自然与气候相关的政策制定与决策流程。
On the occasion of this Super Year of Biodiversity, the first phase of the fifteenth meeting of the United Nations Convention of Biological Diversity has been held in China, which indicates the world has worked together to form an ambitious conservation goal of biodiversity. Meanwhile, we have accumulated more extensive and existing experiences in climate change related economic and financial themes. As a key instrument for achieving the twin goals of net zero and nature positive, green finance needs to address from both the macro level of financial stability and the investment decisions of financial institutions. This seminar will bring together global cutting-edge research and practices around nature and climate change, inviting forerunners from the economics, finance and environmental background, jointly discussing the policy and decision-making process related to nature and climate in China and around the world.
