Participates in the Ocean Governance program, focusing on sustainable fishing and tracking the international processes of marine resources governance in the high sea. Holding a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering from Harbin Institute of Technology, a Master's degree in Environment Systems from the University of Tokyo and a joint Master of Science degree from the United Nations University Institute for Advanced Studies in Sustainable Development (UNU-IAS). Currently pursuing a Ph.D. at the University of Tokyo.
