From Aug. 31st to Sep. 4th in 2015, the third round negotiations under the UNFCCC were held in Bonn, aiming to talk about ADP. In this session, parties had discussions in terms of the new climate agreements on several issues, including the preamble, the goal, mitigation, adaptation and loss and damage, finance and technology, long-term goals, cycles, time periods, time framework, implementation and compliance, process and mechanisms, the ambitions before 2020 and so on. The whole procession was slow, however it predicted a transition of new negotiation mode, this transition empowered a new global climate agreement in Paris.
