As the world had just experienced the hottest year ever, delegations from all over the world gathered in Geneva on 8 February to begin a one-week first round of climate talks in 2015 at United Nations Headquarters. This meeting is the 8th meeting of the second session of ADP working group, in which Parties negotiated on a 37-page draft proposed on Lima Conference. The draft would be simplified as a negotiating text for Paris Conference in December 2015.
