Negotiators gathered in Bonn, Germany, for the first negotiation under the UNFCCC in this year from 29 April to 3 May 2013. As the first “three-to-one track” meeting of the Bali Road Map and the Kyoto Protocol, the whole five-day meeting were around the ADP to discuss, without the fetters of negotiations under the SBI and SBSTA. GHUB, as one of the few civil society representatives, participated in the meeting and reported on the front line, to discuss the “consensus” among parties in negotiations.
