职位描述
创绿中心现招聘传播官员1名，负责开发并落实有效的传播方案，进一步完成项目和组织目标。我们希望你是富有创意、工作积极主动且充满热情的，同时拥有扎实的新闻专业知识和技能，能够撰写生动有趣的传统媒体和社交媒体传播文案，为各项目的传播提供战略指导和建议。
Purpose of position
The Media Officer is responsible for working with Greenovation Hub’s project teams in developing and implementing effective communications plans to further project and organizational goals. We're looking for a creative, self-motivated and passionate Media Officer with sound knowledge and skills in news-making, to produce online and offline news and features for traditional and social media, as well as provide strategic communications advice to the project teams.
工作职责
1. 制定并实施创新和有效的传播战略，增加各项目在传统和新媒体中的曝光率，确保传播方案与项目运行有机结合；
2. 设计和执行在线和线下传播活动；
3. 评估、分析项目和活动的传播效果；
4. 撰写通讯稿和背景信息提供给媒体，开发视频、图片、多媒体等各种手段展现项目故事和活动；
5. 开拓及维护媒体关系，组织协调新闻发布会；
6. 撰写富有创新性和表现力的传统和新媒体传播文案，传递机构愿景、价值观和项目活动。负责机构社交媒体和网站内容的编辑和审查等工作。
7. 统筹管理外部资源，管理和评估相关人员（主要包括设计师、程序员等）的日常工作；
8. 配合部门经理安排的其他任务。
Major responsibilities
1. Develop and execute creative and effective communications strategies to increase visibility of Greenovation projects in traditional and new media, and ensure the communication strategies are embedded in project plan;
2. Plan and execute online and offline news-making activities;
3. Provide media evaluations on activities and projects;
4. Write press releases and background information for news industry. Contribute to the creation of visuals and compelling stories to support communications plans and news-making activities;
5. Handle media inquiries and assist in organizing press conference;
6. Create professional, engaging and creative text and multi-media content for digital tools to communicate our vision, values and campaigns. Oversee the content writing and editing for specific projects for posting on the website and social media. Implement online promotional projects as needed;
7. Liaise with outside companies, programmers, web designers and freelance personnel to develop agreed work. Manage and evaluate the quality of work of outside vendors such as designers, writers and software developers;
8. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the line manager.
职位要求
1. 传播、媒体和新闻等相关专业，大学本科以上学历；
2. 新闻、公共关系、广告等相关工作经验者优先考虑，在NGO等相关领域有工作经验者为佳；
3. 能开发和运用创新方式推动机构传播目标的制定，愿意根据机构目标要求学习新的知识和技能；
4. 具备良好的知识和技能，能够及时掌握国内最新互联网发展动向，拥有相关网站领域经验为佳；
5. 良好的人际沟通技巧和团队合作精神；
6. 能在较短的时间内完成多项任务。
Requirements
1. Degree in communications, media, journalism or related subject;
2. Relevant professional experiences in news, public relations and advertising is preferred; experiences in NGO or related field is an advantage;
3. Ability to develop new, creative approaches and advance communication goals and objectives. Willingness to learn new skills, technologies and information as organizational objectives require.
4. Knowledge of and ability to keep up with web developments in China as well as trends and usage. Previous job experiences working on web projects and activities are advantage;
5. Good interpersonal communication skills and teamwork spirit;
6. Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and to meet tight deadlines;
