The green sustainable development under the framework of One Belt One Road has been increasingly attached importance to. China has submitted its Intended Nationally Determined Contributions (INDC) to the Secretariat of UNFCCC on June 30, 2015. By far, 44 countries have submitted their INDCs, and the three largest emitters-China, the USA and the EU-have all submitted their INDCs.
